Employee Vacation Policy
At Our Company, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of time off. Our vacation policy is designed to ensure that employees have ample opportunity to rest, recharge, and pursue personal interests.
Vacation Accrual
- Full-time employees accrue 10 days (80 hours) of paid vacation per year for the first two years of employment.
- After two years, employees accrue 15 days (120 hours) of paid vacation per year.
- After five years, employees accrue 20 days (160 hours) of paid vacation per year.
Vacation Usage
- Employees are encouraged to use their accrued vacation time within the calendar year.
- A maximum of 5 vacation days may be carried over to the following year.
- Vacation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and approved by the employee's supervisor.
